Losing Ten Pounds in Seven Days: Day One

 
I'm taking a break from Pinterest Monday this week to bring you a one week diet plan that will supposedly help you lose at least ten pounds. I did find this on Pinterest:
This is not my idea. I found this on Pinterest, but I'm not sure who came up with it because the website this picture came from is no longer active.
Okay, so I'm taking this challenge, to lose ten (maybe more) pounds in seven days. I know everyone will tell me it's not healthy, but it's just for a week and I think I can afford to lose ten pounds fast.

Today, I will only be eating fruit and drinking water. I had an apple for breakfast and a bowl of strawberries and blueberries for lunch. I'm not too sure what I have planned for dinner yet, but it will be entirely fruit.

So, please give me some encouragement! Every time I start a diet or cleanse, I last about a day. I really need to work on having more will power...

    1. Thank you! It's working so far. I just need to stick with the plan for a week, but it seems like the longest week ever.
